Cathedral (12th-14th century) built in the highest point of the city in the same place where there was once a Roman Temple. It´s dedicated to Sta. Tecla and its cloister´s sculpture work is one of the most pre-eminent examples of Romanesque art in Catalonia.

Roman Anphitheater, built in the 2nd century overlooking the sea, its stands were carried directly out of the underlying bedrock. It can hold up to 14.000 spectators and in its days , it was the scene of flights between gladiators as well as public executions.
Pretorium and Circus, Tarragona´s circus (1st century) was once used to hold horses and chariot races. It´s original capacity has been estimated at 30.000 spectators. Some of the original structure remains hidden under old 19th century buildings.
The Pretorium is a Roman-era tower that once housed the stairs that connected the lower city to the Forum by way of the circus, to which is connected by means of underground passageways.
The Serrallo quarter is the fishing neighbourhood where all the fish that arrives to the port is actioned every afternoon.

Aqueduct Les Ferreres ( Pont del Diable), 5 kms North of Tarragona is a 250 meters long section of an aqueduct that channeled water from the Francolí river to the ancient Tarraco.
Emperor Adrian spent one year in Tarraco in AD 122 , he discovered one of the most splendorous citys of the Roman Empire.
On our tour we´ll visit the Roman walls, the Imperial Temple, the Forum, the Circus, the Anphitheater, the miniature model of Tarraco , we´´ll also walk to the “Balcó del Mediterrani” to enjoy a great view over the sea.
